The room I stayed in was modern and had everything I needed, like a table, chairs, and a separate bedroom - just what I expected. The location was incredibly convenient, although being close to the fire station was a bit noisy at times 🔥.

The hotel's central location was superb, with easy access to fantastic dining and entertainment options. The modern and clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff were a definite highlight! The complimentary breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the staff were always helpful and welcoming. Great for exploring the city!

Had booked a room that was wheelchair accessible, came with 2 queen beds, and had an awesome view - everything I had asked for was ready when I arrived 🌟. The location near the fire station was super convenient for me.

Our room was a nice size with a king-size bed, microwave, and cutlery. The hotel's location near the theater district, Magnificent Mile, and main attractions was perfect. Additionally, there was a decorative arts museum close to the hotel.

The restaurant at Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago-Downtown was awesome with great food. The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of blocks away from a fancy high-rise mall.

The queen room had a nice kitchen, storage, and a writing table. There were a lot of breakfast options available including good coffee, milk, toast, cereals, and pastries.- The service was excellent and the breakfast was above average.
